- Investigation roles. Choose from six pre-configured roles, Cyber Threat Intelligence, financial crime, OSINT, trust and safety, law enforcement, and general analysis, and Nexus AI adjusts its analysis style, format, and domain expertise accordingly.
- User-managed prompts. Analysts can build and save their own prompt libraries, like an IOC extraction prompt specific to a threat actor, a wire-transfer pattern or a geolocation prompt, while admins keep organization-wide policy and audit control over how Nexus AI is used.
- Extended Nexus Intelligence. Deeper, structured analysis with expandable citations, plus conversation search (Ctrl+F/Cmd+F) to find prior analysis inside long investigation threads.
- Support for common formats. Send Office documents, PDFs, CSVs, HTML, TXT, Markdown, along with other formats, and Nexus AI analyzes them directly.
- New Silo Workspace browser tie-ins. Right-click and send to Nexus AI, without context switching.
- Silo Drive integration. Send files stored in Silo Drive straight to Nexus AI.

Every Silo Workspace user now gets 10 Nexus AI prompts a day at no additional cost. That’s enough to try investigation roles, test the browser integration, and see the difference role-specific analysis makes. Organizations that need unlimited prompts can add that through their administrator.
Same anonymity, same audit trail, sharper fit
None of this changes what Nexus AI protects. Queries are still decoupled from your identity and your organization. Nothing you send is used to train external models. Every interaction is still captured in an encrypted, tamper-proof audit log.

What’s new in Nexus AI v2?

Do I need to do anything to get v2?
No. Existing Silo Workspace customers get automatic access, including 10 free Nexus AI prompts per day per user.
Can I customize my prompts, or can only admins?
Prompts in the library are now fully customizable by users. Admins retain org-wide policy and audit control, but they’re not a bottleneck for day-to-day prompt creation.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Queries, uploaded content, and responses are never retained by the external AI provider for training or any other purpose.
How many free prompts do I get?
You get 10 per user per day. Unlimited access is available as a paid add-on through your administrator.
